Ponville started his career as an educator after getting his Sec+ certificate and had been teaching different security courses at the Ironhorse University.
Tom tells about the challenges faced when teaching the security courses to a diverse group of people. He also talks about the requirements for students seeking any cert and also what problems they have to deal with while preparing to take the test.
