The second phase involves creation of scholarship funding and monetary rewards to incentivize the self-identified Talent-Member contributors to our community. This phase will be signified by the addition of a portion of the platform which links the ability to submit and receive funding provided by members and then allocated to members based upon community contribution.
Step 1 – Will create the ability to contribute to a scholarship fund held in trust by Logic Central Online. This will involve all the requirements for finical accountability and backend financial systems to ensure money flow to any legal and oversite stakeholders.
Step 2 – Will create accounts for Education-Members which will allow higher learning institutions to both receive funding from Logic Central and to have contributions made to the funding in the education institution’s name. Alumni and or the university itself can donate visibly or privately in the name of any Education-Member’s institution. Once again all privacy considerations will be built into this platform to ensure that each Talent-Member or Education-Member’s selected privacy is enforced.
Step 3 – Is where the highly visible incentives for Talent-Members are designed into the platform. This will be mostly signified by adding functionality on the site to display fund balances directly on the site’s pages in real-time. Education-Members and Talent-Member contributors will be able to see their contribution immediately applied to accounts and see how it is applied. Some consideration will be given here to enable the donating person to select where the funds are applied. Research will be done when this phase begins to evaluate what systematic approach will be of interest to contributors. For example, we can foresee examples such as a biotech company adding to a fund pool to contributors showing exceptional thought ideas or concepts pertaining to the biotech field.
Also, in this step Talent-Members will have several functionalities designed in regards to funding. Talent-Members will see in real-time, based on their current contribution Logic Point calculation, what portion of funding will be provided to their account directly. Designs will incorporate that Talent-Members will have visibility to where funding is highest so they know where to spend their efforts. Individuals will also have access to see breakdowns of where the funding originates for various funding pools; including what sources are funding the portions which are allocated to them personally.
Step 4 – Approaches functionality which returns the contribution of Talent-Members back into the body of knowledge for a particular area. In these efforts, we will put together algorithms to collect the most valuable contribution for integration into the latest state of the art curriculum. Adding and linking ideas across many study areas will be a continued focus of research and assessment for this area.
