Steven Luber who graduated last year from Mercyhurst University with a degree in Cyber Intelligence joins our host in exploring what are youth are seeking as they enter today’s job market. You may be surprised to hear that with no expectation for job security our young people are turning to job satisfaction as their primary driver for selecting a job and even an entire career. I am hearing more and more that “Show me the money” mentality is out of fashion in a big way.
