He is the founder of the Atlantic Security Conference (AtlSecCon) located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada that was started in 2011 with 75 people in a single room and has grown to 700+ attendees this year. He is considered a Canadian pioneer in cyber security and was one of the first in his region to be CISSP certified.
